At a young age, Alice was introduced to the world of real estate through property investments made by her parents. She spent her Sundays visiting open houses and quickly developed an eye for architectural beauty and thoughtfully designed homes. Growing up and moving frequently across different states shaped her appreciation for the emotional journey of homeownership. The nostalgia of leaving paired with the excitement of starting anew became foundational to her love for real estate.

Though she initially pursued a path in the biomedical field, Alice ultimately returned to the industry that had shaped her early years: real estate. Her professional journey began at a corporate brokerage on the Home Retention and Investments Team, where she specialized in loan modifications, foreclosures, short sales, and bankruptcies. This experience significantly strengthened her understanding of the financial and investment side of real estate while allowing her to build strong relationships with investors and lenders.

Over the past five years, Alice expanded her expertise through invaluable experience in the legal field, working as a paralegal and office manager at a personal injury law firm that also specializes in real estate law, business law, and toxic tort litigation. She actively applies this legal background to her real estate practice, providing a strategic advantage in contract analysis, negotiation, court procedures, and legal documentation.

With a comprehensive foundation in both financial and legal disciplines, Alice brings a well-rounded and strategic perspective to every transaction. Her diverse background allows her to connect naturally with individuals from all walks of life, while her strong communication skills enhance client service, marketing, and professionalism. Having resided in California for over a decade, Alice has developed a deep familiarity with the region and its communities. She is bilingual in English and Korean and enjoys discovering new restaurants throughout Los Angeles, especially in Koreatown. Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking with her Doberman, international travel, watching films, reading, wine tasting, matcha lattes, and has a deep appreciation for fine art.
