Anton Ambuehl

A Los Angeles native, Anton Ambuehl brings a local’s perspective and a competitor’s mindset to the luxury real estate market. Before real estate, Anton’s life centered on football and academics. His discipline and work ethic earned him a full-ride scholarship to play offensive line at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

At UNLV, Anton started more than 24 games at left tackle and left guard, including for the first Top-25 ranked team in program history, which finished the season ranked #23 nationally. He also started on back-to-back Top-20 ranked offensive lines, competing at one of the highest levels in college football.

Off the field, he matched that commitment academically, earning four years of Honor Roll and Dean’s List recognition and being named an Academic All-American in consecutive seasons. Known as a dependable teammate, he mentored younger players and led through accountability and preparation. Anton graduated in 2025 with a degree in Business Finance and a minor in Real Estate before returning to Los Angeles to begin his real estate career.

Today, he applies the same standards from athletics and academics to his clients: thorough preparation, clear communication, and reliable execution. Whether advising buyers, sellers, or investors, Anton remains hands-on throughout the process with a focus on protecting his clients and delivering strong outcomes.
