With 18 successful years, Carol Ann brings a wealth of experience and a unique dual-state perspective to her role, holding active licenses in both California and Illinois.

 

Carol Ann’s real estate journey began in her hometown of Chicago, where she laid the foundation for her thriving career. In early 2015, a new chapter began as she set her sights on Southern California, obtaining her California license, and diving headfirst into the dynamic market. In early 2023, she continued her commitment and obtained her California Broker’s License. As the co-founder of the CAL Estates Group at Christie’s International Real Estate | Southern California, Carol Ann and her business partner bring a combined 32 years of industry expertise. Their partnership is grounded in values of compassion, creativity, collaboration, and unwavering integrity. Together, they elevate client experiences from excellent to truly exceptional, focusing not just on transactions but on helping clients achieve their short-term and long term lifestyle dreams.

 

Before venturing into real estate, Carol Ann established herself in the Hospitality industry, cultivating a robust skill set in customer service, marketing, and technology. Her journey included owning a successful restaurant, managing renowned establishments in Chicago, serving as the Fresh Foods/New Concept Manager for a franchise with 200+ locations, and acting as Sales Manager for a tech solutions firm catering to the restaurant industry.

 

Beyond her professional endeavors, Carol Ann is deeply committed to her family and rescue animals. An avid seeker of live music with her husband, she also shares her daughter’s passion for bird watching. Surprisingly more comfortable in a lumber yard than a shoe store, she has a love for DIY projects and collecting power tools.
