Eric Kang

Eric Kang is a dedicated real estate consultant with years of domestic and international sales experience, combined with a deep understanding of the market, allowing him to consistently deliver exceptional results for his clients.

A native of Los Angeles and a graduate of UC San Diego, Eric began his career in the fast-paced garment industries of New York City and Mexico City, where he sharpened his negotiation skills and business acumen.  In 2018, he returned to Los Angeles to pursue his passion for real estate.

Eric is committed to his clients' best interests, offering a transparent approach and addressing potential issues early to ensure informed, confident decisions.  Whether guiding first-time buyers or representing high-end properties, his focus remains solely on what is best for his clients.

With a strong ability to anticipate challenges and a clear understanding of client needs, Eric proactively resolves issues before they arise, building trust and long-term loyalty with both buyers and sellers.

Outside of real estate, Eric lives in South Pasadena with his wife and two young daughters.  He values family time, whether it’s exploring local parks, helping with homework, or traveling.  When he’s not with his family, you can find him at Brookside Golf Course, in pursuit of the perfect golf swing.
