Ivvon’s real estate journey began in 2008 as a front-desk receptionist, where her passion for the industry quickly became evident. Her drive and attention to detail led her to grow into the role of Junior Loan Officer, where she gained valuable insight into the financing side of the business. She later expanded her experience by working with REO (Real Estate Owned) properties, further rounding out her knowledge of the industry and sharpening her skills in handling complex transactions.

Since then, Ivvon has contributed to over 500 successful closings, drawing on her diverse background to support her clients and team with exceptional service. In her current role, she oversees all transaction files, coordinates showing schedules, manages buyer communications, and ensures critical deadlines for disclosures and contingencies are met—keeping every escrow on track from start to finish.

Now a licensed real estate agent, Ivvon has taken on additional responsibilities, including facilitating showings and hosting open houses.
