With over 10 Years of experience in real estate, Jed Mamaril is a licensed Realtor® known for his deep knowledge of the Los Angeles market. A Los Angeles native, Jed studied Architecture and Design at Community College and the University of Southern California, giving him a sharp eye for both neighborhood potential and property design.

His background in administration at one of Los Angeles top-producing real estate offices laid the foundation for his current role as Estate Manager / Buyers Agent with The Livyatan Group. There, he plays a key role in nurturing client relationships, preparing listings for market, managing new construction projects and facilitating all listing sales.

Jed works closely with clients and buyers and has supported The Livyatan Group in completing over hundreds of transactions totaling more than $1 billion in sales. Based in Encino, he has built strong connections with luxury agents and developers, giving his clients early access to off-market opportunities and upcoming projects—a major advantage in this competitive market.
