Kit Williamson

Originally from Jackson, Mississippi, Kit Williamson moved to New York to pursue a career in entertainment, performing on Broadway while studying at Fordham University. After receiving his Master’s Degree at UCLA, Kit created and starred in the Emmy-winning LGBTQ series EastSiders on Netflix and played a recurring role on the acclaimed series Mad Men on FX. In 2021, his focus shifted to real estate investment when he renovated a 1950s homestead in Joshua Tree, turning the property into an in-demand vacation rental. He deepened his passion for home restoration by adding a mid-century pool house to his portfolio the following year, and his interior design work has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, Out Magazine, and Palm Springs Life. After receiving his real estate license, Kit joined Yawar Charlie’s team at Christie’s International Real Estate | Southern California, where he brings his experience in real estate investment and his deep knowledge of the Los Angeles, Joshua Tree, and Palm Springs markets to his clients.
