Lauren Kinkade-Wong

Lauren Kinkade-Wong is a seasoned real estate professional with a uniquely well-rounded background in both finance and residential sales. She began her career in 2005 in the mortgage industry, where her dedication and leadership led her to become Vice President of a mortgage company. In 2018, she transitioned to residential real estate sales, bringing with her over a decade of financial expertise to guide clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence.

Lauren quickly rose through the ranks at Douglas Elliman, serving as a Sales Manager for nearly three years while simultaneously building a successful sales business of her own. Her commitment to professionalism and advocacy naturally led her into leadership within the REALTOR® community. Since 2022, she has served on the Board of Directors for the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS® (PFAR), was named President-Elect in 2023—the same year she began attending the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) meetings—and took office as PFAR President in 2024.

At the state level, Lauren has served on the CAR Board of Directors since 2023 and was appointed Vice Chair of the Professional Standards Committee in 2025 and will be the Issues Chair for Real Estate Finance for the Transactions & Regulatory Committee in 2026. She has also contributed to numerous key committees including Professional Standards, Diversity, Global Real Estate, Association Presidents and MLS Policy.

With a strong foundation in finance, a passion for ethical leadership, and a track record of service at both the local and state levels, Lauren continues to be a powerful advocate for her clients and a forward-thinking leader in California real estate.
