Born and raised in Southern CA, Melissa’s background is as diverse as it is exciting! After high school, Melissa spent many years in the entertainment industry while attending college. In 2010, she began studying Astronomy and Italian in Florence, Italy at Florence University of the Arts, through SMC’s Study Abroad Program. Upon returning to her hometown of Los Angeles, she carved her path in experiential marketing with a focus on staffing/casting live events, quickly ascending through the ranks thanks to her unwavering dedication and innovative spirit.

 

Amidst the work and success, Melissa realized a deeper calling within herself — to serve her community in a profound and lasting way. She easily transitioned from the world of experiential marketing to embrace a new challenge: becoming a licensed CA real estate agent. Guided by her innate passion and driven by a desire to uphold the values of honesty, integrity, fairness, and respect, Melissa joined forces with the esteemed Bialack and Associates team at Pinnacle Estate Properties, INC.

 

In a pivotal move that would shape her career, Melissa embarked on an exciting chapter by founding Melissa Paul Properties, LLC in 2021. Her stride was unwavering, and she swiftly found her rhythm, excelling in every interaction and transaction.

 

Today, Melissa’s journey has come full circle as she proudly stands as an agent and Executive Assistant to Yawar Charlie at Christie’s International Real Estate | Southern California. Melissa continues to refine client experiences, transforming transactions into lasting relationships.
