A native of West Los Angeles, Nathan Irwin brings a strong background in commercial real estate to Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California, where he is excited to expand his expertise into the luxury residential market. Prior to joining Christie's, Nathan was part of the investment sales team at Pegasus Investments, a leading commercial real estate firm specializing in retail and net-leased properties nationwide. At Pegasus, he gained valuable experience underwriting assets, supporting transactions, and building client relationships across a diverse portfolio of institutional and private investors.

With his foundation in commercial real estate, Nathan offers clients a unique perspective on market analysis, investment strategy, and property valuation. His professionalism, attention to detail, and relationship-driven approach make him a trusted resource for buyers and sellers alike.

Nathan attended Loyola High School before earning his degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he also competed as a Division I golfer. His background in both academics and athletics instilled in him the discipline, resilience, and competitive drive that continue to define his approach to real estate and client service today.
