Naz Nowtash

Naz Nowtash is a true Los Angeles native. She's called neighborhoods across the city home, from Venice and Silver Lake to West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, before settling in Encino, where she now works out of the Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California office. That firsthand experience living across LA's most sought-after pockets gives her an insider's read on which streets, school districts, and homes fit each client's life.

Before real estate, Naz built a career in design, studying at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising and creating custom clothing for clients and designing for brands like Perry Ellis and Alternative Apparel. That eye for craft, proportion, and style now shapes how she approaches real estate. She doesn't just sell houses, she sees the potential in a space and helps clients (and developers) shape homes with the same intention as a well-designed garment.
