Nick Cacarnakis

Nicholas Cacarnakis is a second-generation real estate professional born in Los Angeles and raised in Pasadena. His passion for real estate was influenced early on by his mother, a respected industry professional with more than 40 years of experience, who instilled in him the values of integrity, service, and relationship-building that continue to guide his career today.

After graduating from the University of Southern California, Nick entered the real estate industry and has since built a distinguished career spanning nearly 30 years. His experience includes sales, brokerage operations, and executive leadership, earning him a reputation as a trusted advisor, mentor, recruiter, and industry leader throughout the Los Angeles market.

Nick's passion for helping people, talent for building relationships, and strategic approach to business led him into brokerage management, where he spent more than 15 years leading some of Southern California's most prominent real estate offices. Most recently, he served as Branch Manager of the flagship Beverly Hills office of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, overseeing more than 130 agents and more than $400 million in annual sales volume. During his leadership tenure, he played an active role in companywide initiatives involving agent development, recruiting, marketing, professional education, risk management, community outreach, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Now serving as Executive Senior Sales Manager for Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California, Nick focuses on attracting, developing, and supporting top real estate professionals while helping drive strategic growth throughout the region. His combination of hands-on industry experience, operational leadership, and deep market knowledge makes him a valuable resource for agents at every stage of their careers.

Beyond real estate, Nick has long been committed to giving back to the communities he serves. His involvement with charitable and professional organizations spans decades and includes leadership roles with Realtor-affiliated charitable foundations, community outreach initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and LGBTQ+ advocacy and charitable organizations throughout Southern California. He is passionate about creating opportunities for others, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting causes that strengthen the communities in which we live and work.

A lifelong Angeleno, Nick shares his life with his husband, with whom he has built a loving partnership spanning more than 22 years. Together they have built a close-knit family that includes two children and grandchildren. Known for his energy, accessibility, and commitment to excellence, Nick continues to be a respected voice in the Southern California real estate community and a passionate advocate for elevating the profession.
