Nina Zokhrabyan

Nina Zokhrabyan is a visionary real estate strategist and innovator, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California. Her ascent in the luxury real estate industry began during her junior year at California State University, Northridge, where she balanced her studies with a weekend receptionist role at Coldwell Banker to support her education.

Eager to learn and grow, Nina swiftly took on additional responsibilities, immersing herself in the intricacies of the real estate world. Upon graduating with dual Bachelor of Science degrees, she transitioned into a Transaction Coordinator role at Keller Williams. By the age of 26, she was running an office, overseeing 50 agents, reviewing hundreds of transaction files simultaneously, and teaching and training new agents.

In 2014, Nina was recruited to develop the entire transaction coordination department at John Aaroe Group, where she met Aaron Kirman, founder and CEO of Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California. Their collaboration proved transformative. Since joining forces, they have built a powerhouse team, launching the Aaron Kirman Group (AKG) in 2017 with 20 agents. Under Nina's leadership, the team has expanded to over 150 agents and achieved more than $14 billion in career sales, earning the prestigious title of the #1 Luxury Team in Los Angeles.

Nina’s exceptional leadership and strategic acumen led to her promotion as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales in 2021. She now spearheads Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California’s continued growth, managing operations and coaching over 250 agents.

Nina has been a driving force behind Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California’s success and has played a pivotal role in this partnership, ensuring that Christie’s remains at the forefront of luxury real estate in one of the world’s most competitive markets.
