Riley Schmidt

With a career spanning acting, television production, and luxury real estate, Riley Schmidt brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to his work. As one-half of Morris Riley Real Estate, part of Christie's International Real Estate | Southern California, Riley has over 20 years of experience as a real estate and mortgage broker. Specializing in the luxury market, he consistently exceeds sales targets, earning a reputation for exceptional client service and deep market expertise.

Riley holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri. He is the Outreach Chair of the Los Feliz Village Business Improvement District (LFVBID) and a board member of the Los Feliz Improvement Association (LFIA), playing a vital role in community development and supporting the local business environment.

A longtime Los Feliz resident, Riley enjoys RC car racing, cooking, and spending time outdoors with his wife, Jessica, and their two children, Donovan and Remington.
