As an A&R executive at Interscope Records, he helped guide the careers of Grammy Award-winning songwriter and producer Ryan Tedder and the multi-platinum band OneRepublic, earning a reputation for connecting the right people, navigating complex negotiations, and bringing ambitious visions to life.

Throughout his career, James has built his reputation on one simple principle: relationships drive results. Whether working alongside legendary producer Jimmy Iovine, serving as Director of Talent Relations and Event Producer for ESPN's Professional Fighters League, or advising clients in luxury real estate, his ability to earn trust, anticipate challenges, and execute at the highest level has remained constant.
