Brooke Bates

Brooke is a California native, who earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara while competing as a D1 water polo player. Having exposure to residential and commercial real estate on both sides of her family, Brooke’s long-term career direction has consistently involved real estate as her core focus, which led her to join the formerly-named Aaron Kirman Group in 2019. She has grown an extensive knowledge base of the luxury LA market and has worked on many complex deals alongside one of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California top producing agents, Verna Helbling. Brooke prides herself on integrity and authenticity, providing clients with the market’s most accurate and updated information alongside an exceptional customer experience.

 

In addition to providing her clients with top-quality service, Brooke has a particular passion for sustainable development; her father is one of the country’s most cutting-edge commercial developers with a specialization in net-zero sustainability. She hopes to further explore this domain within her career and is always seeking avenues and ways to promote environmental mindfulness.
