As a competitive rhythmic gymnast, she trained at the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics, became a member of the USA National Team, and represented the United States at the 2002 Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships, where she finished 13th overall. The discipline, perseverance, and competitive mindset developed through years of elite athletics continue to define her approach to real estate today.

After earning her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego, Masha obtained her California real estate license in 2007.
