Adisa Aditheparot

Adisa joins Christie’s International Real Estate | Southern California as a member of the New Development Division, working alongside her team lead, Holland Ashrafnia. The Holland Group is a team of seasoned developers and agents who have developed and sold hundreds of homes across the city and also responsible for the most exclusive luxury developments in Los Angeles, such as Bel Air and Beverly Hills. Adisa brings a comprehensive understanding of how to position new developments in a dynamic marketplace like Los Angeles. Her knowledge is grounded from the construction of new development to design and the final sales funnel, culminating in a full-cycle proficiency in the luxury real estate industry.

Born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand. Adisa relocated to Los Angeles in 2015 with her family and slowly fell in love with the city, neighborhoods, and its people— and that passion inspired her to help others make this place home. Adisa received her degree in Fashion Design. Her creativity and artistic skills transition seamlessly to real estate. Although English was not her first language, her dedication to learn and the ability to connect with others were always her strength, with those altogether she became fluent within a few years, and yet she never stops learning.

When she’s not working, Adisa enjoys hiking, going to the beach, exploring new restaurants, spending time with her family and friends, and cuddling with her cats. Though, her mantra is A.B.G. (Always Be Grinding!)
